Ron Larimer is an independent procurement consultant based in Charlotte, NC. With more than 2 decades of procurement consulting experience, he helps clients lead procurement transformation projects, large cost reduction initiatives, complex strategic sourcing events, and existing procurement organizations during an executive search. He has industry experience in Aerospace, Pharma, Automotive, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Grocery, Consumer Products, Fashion / Retail, Software, and Publishing. Prior to becoming an independent consultant in 2013, Ron was the Market Intelligence Practice Lead for Procurian, the US’s largest indirect procurement outsourcing company, and Director of Logistics and Strategic IT for KTM North America.
