Munish Dhanker has worked as a procurement professional in the Telecom, Consulting, High tech and Automotive industries both on direct and indirect spend categories. As a management consultant at IBM he worked with clients to create highly effective procurement organizations, devised and implemented sourcing strategies including low cost country sourcing, developed procurement metrics and deployed e-procurement solutions. He currently leads the Corporate Services team at Bell Canada managing over $500M in annual spend under Financial & IT Services, HR Benefits and Training, Contractors and Consultants.

Mike Johnson is a supply chain professional with over 15 years of experience leading multi-national organizations in the oil & gas and aerospace industry. His diverse experience includes coordination of logistics operations as well as contracting and procurement activities in North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. He is currently based in Calgary and manages procurement and strategic supplier management for multi-billion dollar capital project work being conducted by Shell Canada in northern Alberta. He leads a multi-national team based in Canada with indirect and cross-functional teams in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

He has received higher education, MBA Supply Chain Management from the UK (University of Leicester) and Leadership & Negotiation certification from the USA (Harvard Business School). He specializes in Creating procurement and supply chain functions from scratch or transforming an existing one to optimize and introduce excellence.

Jeff Russell

Jeff Russell is currently the Director of Procurement for Crane Supply – a Canadian national wholesaler of pipes, valves and fittings. He has 20 years’ experience in Procurement/Supply Chain Management, having previously worked with such companies as Honeywell ES&S (Aerospace), Pratt & Whitney Canada, ABC Group of Companies (Tier 1 Automotive) and NPB-Melville Software (now Tyco Healthcare). In his current role, he is directly responsible for managing a spend of $145M, all global sourcing initiatives, global ocean freight and Canada Customs. He currently resides in Vaughan with his wife Naomi and their two children, enjoys hockey in the winter, golf in the summer and the when the opportunity strikes itself, the martial art judo.

Kathy Simon
