Global Category Manager – MRO Archer Daniels Midland Company

Lisa has worked in Procurement for 15 years and has been the MRO Global Category Manager at Archer Daniels Midland since 2017. She is responsible for the global sourcing strategy for 450+ crop procurement locations, 330 food and feed ingredient manufacturing facilities, and 62 innovation centers in almost 200 countries from a newly centralized organization.

Lisa’s diverse category experience is deep in both direct and indirect procurement.  With a background in collaboration, continuous improvement and process standardization, Lisa has extensive experience fostering rapport with internal stakeholders and positive supplier relationships that net great benefit to organizations. Lisa is a graduate of University of Illinois and holds an MBA from Millikin University.
