Business Unit Director, Food & Beverage Hyster-Yale Group

Gijo brings over twenty years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, and IT Applications and is now leading the Food & Beverage Business Unit for Hyster-Yale Group. His focus in on developing customer-focused application-specific support strategies that will enable Hyster and Yale customers to maximize the return of their investments and enhance their competitive advantages.

He's also responsible for executing those strategies through Application Studies, Customer Feedback, Product Development and other continuous improvement initiatives that is designed to enhance the solutions offering of Hyster-Yale Group.

His extensive experience in Capital Expenditure Projects ranging from construction, automation, assets and systems upgrades and renovation as well as his expertise in fostering mutually beneficial business relationship while procuring Goods and Services will equip him well to achieve his goals.

Prior to Hyster-Yale Group, Gijo worked for Americold Logistics, Rock-Tenn, The Home Depot, The Hackett Group, GeP, and consulted for several Fortune 500 companies. He holds two Master’s Degrees; one in International Business and the second degree in Computer Applications. Gijo also served on the Procurement Advisory Board for CoreTrust (one of the largest GPOs) upto 2018.
