Fabiola has a background in Global Strategic Procurement Operations with expertise in change and risk management and improving internal efficiencies. With over 20 years of professional experience in the helicopter, oil and gas and manufacturing industries, Fabiola is passionate about people and operational excellence. Fabiola grew up in Perú, has lived in Brazil and Australia, and travelled extensively internationally. She currently leads the Capex Procurement Team for Primient, a leading producer of food and industrial ingredients made from plant-based, renewable sources.
